We do offer scheduled delivery for convention-meeting-conference event gifts over the weekend with advance notice.

SAME DAY DALLAS TEXAS AREA HAND DELIVERY - Same Day Hand Delivery for orders received by noon CST Monday-Friday. Volume may require us to change our cut off time or to temporarily stop accepting orders.  We will post this at the top of the home page.  Please make sure all addresses and zip codes are accurate before placing your order. If the address is incorrect, we will make every effort to deliver to the correct address - a re-delivery fee may be charged. Phone number of the recipient is used to ensure delivery only due to locked perimeter doors/gates, security guards requiring advance approval, closed offices, difficult to find locations or they have moved, aggressive dogs, etc. and not used for marketing purposes.  Note: Multiple orders may require more time than a same day turnaround. You can determine the exact fee for hand delivery or shipping by entering the zip code in the shopping cart.  

SAME DAY SHIPPING FROM DALLAS TEXAS Same day Monday - Friday shipping is available for orders received before noon CST (if there is a change it the cut off time, it will be posted on the top of the home page).  Texas and Oklahoma shipping to all but the outer regions, is generally next weekday delivery.  USPS generally takes longer to deliver.  FedEx does offer Saturday home delivery at no charge.  Keep in mind that FedEx does not ship (pick up) ground shipments Sundays, Holidays, and they do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO boxes or FPO boxes. Be sure that your ship to address is accurate. Carriers will charge a redirect fee if a package is redirected due to an incorrect or incomplete address, so we will need to pass that on to you. We do not recommend shipping to hospitals since they will go to their receiving department and might not make it to the patient/family. Please consider shipping to the home or to yours for personal hand delivery. From May - September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other items of equal or greater value. SAME DAY PICK-UP:  is available for orders received by 11:00 a.m. CST Monday-Friday. Sometimes this may not be available due to volume on that particular day.  Pick-up between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. or next day, 8:30 to 6 p.m., at Eagle Postal, 3839 McKinney Ave, Ste 155, Dallas, TX 75204 (they are also open on Saturdays 10-4).  We do not have a retail showroom.

DROP OFFS: You can drop off your ad specialty items, greeting cards, or items that you would like to be included in your order at Eagle Postal, 3839 McKinney Ave. Ste 155, Dallas, TX 75204.  Please let us know that you will be doing this.

PRIVACY: We do not share your information with any third party not directly involved in processing, preparing, or shipping your order.

SALES TAX: Any taxable item(s) shipped or hand delivered to a Texas address will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

SUBSTITUTIONS: We reserve the right to substitute any item of equal or greater value based on availability.

FEDEX MAP BELOW (Estimated Average Shipping Time): Shipments to rural areas may take longer than is indicated on the map. Holiday periods may add an additional day. Expedited shipping is available. Please account for weather conditions as well.  Pick up days for shipping is Monday - Friday.  Example:  A one (1) day transit location shipped on say January 3rd, would arrive on January 4th.
