Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before noon CST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after noon CST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Bouquets That Stay or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Be sure that your ship to address is accurate. Carriers will charge a redirect fee if a package is redirected due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We do not recommend shipping to hospitals. Pleas consider Shipping to the home or yourself for personal hand delivery. During warm weather, generally May-September, many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other items of equal or greater value. Note: Multiple Orders may require more time than same day turnaround.

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to substitute any item of equal or greater value based on availability.
