Monday through Friday, we ship out orders received before noon CST (Any changes to this will be posted at the top of this page). We have special pricing through UPS, not linked to our website that we will pass on the savings to you. Please allow transit
time to reach the recipient’s address (transit time begins the day AFTER it is shipped out) and make sure the address is correct with a phone number because carriers will charge an undeliverable fee. The shipping fee is based on per item per location. ***During warm weather along the transit route, chocolate will be substituted with other items***
PICK UP (OUR CREATIONS ARE DESIGNED WHEN ORDERED): Please check the top of this page for any changes to order cut off times/days. Quantity orders require advance notice. Advance orders greatly appreciated, but for last minute orders, please order (online or phone) by at least 11 a.m. CST Monday-Friday, if you want to pick up your order same day (after 1 p.m.). If you place your order online, we will deduct the delivery fee off the authorization amount before we capture the authorization (charge the sale). If you would like to pick up Tuesday - Friday mornings, order before 3 p.m. CST the prior day. If you would like to pick up on Saturday (10 a.m - 4 p.m. CST) or Monday morning, order on Friday, before noon CST. You can drop off any items that you would like to include with your gift. ***There is no showroom or pre-made gifts.***
