Our Local Hand DELIVERY Area: Advance orders greatly appreciated, but for last minute orders, delivery by us or a courier, Monday-Friday, orders received before noon CST (Any changes will be posted at the top of this page). The delivery fee is based on distance - one fee per location/stop (you can see the fee when you add your item to the shopping cart and enter the recipient's zip code). Please make sure the recipient's address & phone number are correct due to locked gates/doors, difficult places to locate, road or office closures, locations that have moved, delivery of chocolate in 70+ degree weather, etc. Addison

Nationwide SHIPPING:
Monday through Friday, we ship out Nationwide via FedEx/UPS (least expensive carrier for the address) or USPS, orders received before noon CST (Any changes to this will be posted at the top of this page). We have special pricing through UPS, not linked to our website. When FedEx is chosen, we will check UPS to see which is the fastest and cheapest. Please allow transit
time to reach the recipient’s address (transit time begins the day after it is shipped out) and make sure the address is correct with a phone number because carriers will charge an undeliverable fee. The shipping fee is based on per item per location. ***During warm weather along the transit route, chocolate will be substituted with other items***
PICK UP (OUR CREATIONS ARE DESIGNED WHEN ORDERED): Please check the top of this page for any changes to order cut off times/days. Quantity orders require advance notice. Advance orders greatly appreciated, but for last minute orders, please order (online or phone) by at least 11 a.m. CST Monday-Friday, if you want to pick up your order same day (after 1 p.m.). If you place your order online, we will deduct the delivery fee off the authorization amount before we capture the authorization (charge the sale). If you would like to pick up on Saturday (10-4), order on Friday, before noon CST. ***There is no showroom or pre-made gifts.***
