24/7 ON-LINE ORDERING

HOURS OF OPERATION - Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. (CST). There is no shipping over the weekend. Sometimes we can deliver on Saturday, but the order must be placed by noon the previous day. We are closed on Sunday.

NOTE: During warm weather, chocolates will need to be substituted if the design needs to be shipped.

SAME DAY HAND DELIVERY - if order received by noon CST Monday - Friday ("Flowers" Category has different delivery/shipping options). For large multiple orders, we may not be able to deliver/ship same day. Please make sure all addresses and zip codes are accurate before placing your order. If the address is incorrect, we will make every effort to deliver to the correct address - a re-delivery fee may be charged. Delivery rates are listed below by Zones:

*Zone 1 (In Dallas Texas TX): Oak Lawn Avenue & Turtle Creek delivery areas _ $7.95.

*Zone 2 (Dallas Texas TX and close surrounding cities): Addison - Balch Springs - Carrollton - Cockrell HIll - Dallas - Farmers Branch - Highland Park - Irving - Las Colinas - Richardson - University Park _ $9.95.

*Zone 3 (Cities surrounding Dallas Texas TX): Cedar Hill - Coppell -DeSoto - De Soto - Duncanville - Garland - Hebron - Lancaster - Lewisville - Mesquite - Plano _ $11.95.

*Zone 4 (Cities on the outside perimeter of Dallas area Texas TX cities): Frisco, Flower Mound, Grand Prairie, The Colony _ $13.95.

*Zone 5 (Allen & Mid Cities Texas TX): Allen - Arlington - Bedford - Euless - Hurst _ $15.95.

*Zone 6: Fort Worth - Ft. Worth - McKinney - N Richland Hills _ $21.

SAME DAY UPS SHIPPING for areas outside our hand delivery area - if order received by noon CST Monday - Friday. The shipping charge per gift basket in Texas is $9.95 and $12.95 if being shipped outside the state of Texas. The shipping charge for Alaska & Hawaii will be extra. UPS charges a rural area charge - average is between $2.40 and $3.00. Texas and Oklahoma shipping to all but the outer regions, is generally next weekday delivery. Keep in mind that UPS does not ship ground shipments Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays and they do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO boxes or FPO boxes. Be sure that your ship to address is accurate. UPS will charge a redirect fee if a package is redirected due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We do not recommend shipping to hospitals. Please consider shipping to the home or to yours for personal hand delivery. From May - September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value.

SAME DAY PICK UP - order on-line or telephone by 11 a.m. CST M-Fri for pick-up after 1:30 p.m. at Cooters Village Camera, 12 Highland Park Village, Dallas (Highland Park), TX 75205 (SW corner of Mockingbird Lane & Preston Road close to and on the same side as Tom Thumb. For Pick-Ups Only).

PRIVACY: We do not share your information with any third party not directly involved in processing, preparing, or shipping your order.

SALES TAX: Any item shipped or hand delivered to a Texas address will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

SUBSTITUTIONS: We reserve the right to substitute any item of equal or greater value based on availability.

UPS MAP BELOW (Estimated Average Shipping Time): Residential deliveries or shipments to rural areas may take longer than is indicated on the map. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Holiday periods may add an additional day. Rush delivery is available.
